For those who are unavailable to carry out site visits, we provide detailed reports with photos and video clips for your reference.
We provide listings of furnished apartment and service apartment. We could also recommend furniture rental services if required.
We would research on areas popular amongst foreigners, where International Schools are located in, where school bus passes by and areas that fit your lifestyle.
Hotel and airport
Picking up and dropping off services to hotels, your resident or the airport would be required.
Site visits by car
In order to provide the most comfortable house hunting experience, site visits would be carried out by cars.
Leasing terms would be negotiated to follow company housing guidelines and your needs. We would also negotiate for any best fitting terms.
In usual cases, contract documents are prepared in Japanese. However, for foreigners, we would provide English and Chinese translations on important articles of the leasing agreement.
For clients who are unavailable to visit the property before moving in, we would provide measurements of the property in order to order fitting furniture.
Our agents could activate public utilities, i.e. waterworks, electricity and gas, on behalf of clients.
We would recommend movers and request quotations for your move upon requested.
Residential registration, banking and other administrative support and consultation are provided for clients.
We would provide assistance in case any troubles occur during your residency.
